COVID-19 Shipping Update: Due to the unprecedented times the world is currently experiencing while we are operating as usual our shipping partners are experiencing some delays domestically which affects the time it takes for our customers to receive their orders. All prices on our site are displayed in Australian Dollars (AUD) and will be charged in Australian Dollars. We ship our retail online orders Australia wide using Australia post.
Our retail online orders use Regular and Express Flat Rate Shipping. Regular domestic shipping will take approximately 3 – 5 business days and costs $8.00. Express domestic delivery will take approximately 1 – 3 business days and costs $12.50. Orders received before 12 pm AEST on business days will be processed the following business day. Please note that business days do not include weekends or Australian public holidays and that Australia Post’s express network does not cover next day delivery for all Australian locations, please check with Australia Post to make sure you’re located in their express post network.
You should receive your domestic order within 3 -5 business days. If your order has not arrived within this time, please contact Australia Post on 13 76 78 and quote the tracking number supplied to you. Please note that there are circumstances like the COVID-19 situation that may affect postal delivery times and unfortunately these are out of our control. Please refer to https://auspost.com.au/ for information regarding any applicable delays in shipping.
We offer free Australian shipping on all retail orders over $70 after any discounts/promotions and codes. This only applies to orders where the postal location is based in Australia. These are posted using Australia Post’s regular postal service. Orders eligible for free shipping will be automatically updated to free standard shipping at checkout.

Our returns and refunds policy is in accordance with Australian Consumer Law. We do not offer refunds or exchanges for ‘change of mind’.
Return or refunds for not meeting customer guarantee:
If there’s a problem with a product you have purchased from our Online Shop, you can return the item within a reasonable time after purchase and choose between a replacement or refund provided that the product:
- is faulty
- is incorrectly described on our website
- is different from a sample shown
- doesn’t do what we said it would, or
- isn’t of acceptable quality.
Proof of Purchase:
Your request to refund or replace must be accompanied by proof of purchase and evidence of the product in questing in the form of a photo sent to email@example.com If you can’t provide a receipt, another form of proof of purchase will be required, such as a credit card statement, which clearly shows that the purchase was from Tween Skincare.
Tween Skincare will provide a prepaid option for returns to be sent back at your local Australia Post office. Please contact firstname.lastname@example.org about your prepaid return option.
Refunds will be issued using the same payment method as that used for your original purchase.
